Include the page you were using, your device and browser, and the error message. Omit client addresses, access codes, card information, passwords, and other sensitive details. Support does not need your password.
My estimate looks too high or too low
Check total crew-hours, visits per week, burden, and monthly overhead first. Two cleaners working two hours is four crew-hours. Weekly visits are averaged across the year using 52 ÷ 12. The calculation guide explains the formula and margin versus markup.
How do I save my proposal?
Pro includes creating and saving up to 500 personalized proposals. Sign in with ChatGPT and use an active paid subscription or an approved 30-day pilot. The free experience includes a fixed sample, calculator, and walkthrough checklist. Previously saved drafts remain available to download or delete without Pro.
How do I make a PDF?
In your Pro workspace, open Review & export and choose Print / save PDF. In your browser’s print dialog, choose the PDF destination. Turn off browser headers and footers, then check all pages before sending the document.
Can I email proposals from here?
The app prepares printable proposals and follow-up drafts. You review them and send them through your own email. Changing a proposal’s status to “sent” updates your records only.
Can I subscribe now?
Pro is $24 USD billed monthly, or $228 paid upfront each year ($19/month equivalent), plus applicable tax. Paid checkout is not currently open. Your interest or feedback is not a subscription and does not authorize a charge.
How does the pilot work?
Apply for the Pro pilot using your business details. We review each business, and approval starts 30 days of access. There are 25 places, one per business. No card or automatic subscription is involved. Check your application page for the result; automatic emails are not enabled. After expiry, saved drafts remain downloadable and deletable.
Can customers book through my website?
Use Booking to create your own request page, publish it and share the link. Check your private inbox, agree the appointment directly with your prospect, then record it. The beta does not send notifications or supply leads.
Data and deletion
Delete saved proposals in the workspace and withdraw launch interest there separately. See privacy and beta terms for the information stored by the service.
