What the app stores

ChatGPT sign-in provides an account identifier and email. Saving a proposal stores the company, client, site, service assumptions, scope, price, status, and timestamps against that account identifier. An unsaved proposal remains in the open browser tab and may be lost if the page closes or reloads. The free calculator temporarily uses browser session storage to transfer an estimate to the proposal editor, which removes that temporary copy when it loads. Checklist selections are not saved to your account.

Cleaning marketplace

The cleaning marketplace stores provider profiles, job requests, private bids, selected providers, appointments and moderation reports. Public listings omit private contact details. Selecting a provider shares the agreed contact information with that provider. Read the marketplace privacy and beta terms before posting or bidding.

Booking intake beta

A signed-in business can create one request page. Publishing makes its name, service area, introduction, timezone and contact email available to anyone with the link. Pause publication in the booking workspace to stop new requests. Public information is supplied by each business and is not independently verified.

When a prospect submits a request, we store their name, email, optional phone, business, location, requirements, preferred times, consent to request-related contact and timestamps for the receiving business. Its signed-in owner can read, export, update or delete those requests. Status and appointment changes are logged. Request limits use a daily hash of the submitting network address, marked to expire after seven days and removed during a subsequent request; the app does not store raw IP addresses in that table. Hosting providers may retain infrastructure logs.

Request submission is not an appointment, a price quote or a service contract. Businesses must agree arrangements directly, check their other calendars and communicate confirmations, cancellations or rescheduling. The inbox only checks overlap against its own confirmed walkthroughs. No automatic emails, SMS, external-calendar synchronization or leads are included. Prospects can contact the business through the email on its request page to change, cancel or request deletion. The free beta has no automatic paid conversion; future charges require separate agreement.

Launch interest

If you submit launch feedback, the app stores your signed-in email, company, proposal volume, willingness to pay, comments, consent version, and submission time. This records interest only; it is not a purchase. Contact permission applies to this product’s launch and your feedback. Withdraw it using “Withdraw launch interest” in the workspace.

Reviewed Pro pilot

The pilot offers up to 25 independently reviewed businesses 30 days of Pro proposal access from approval, one place per business. Application does not guarantee approval or reserve a place. No card, automatic renewal or paid conversion is involved. No public review or rating is required. Access expires automatically; saved proposals remain downloadable and deletable. New edits and saves require an active pilot or paid plan. We may end access for duplicate applications, abuse or misuse.

Applying stores your account identifier, contact email, business name, area, phone, supplied public website/profile, description, consent and review status with timestamps. Only you and authorized operators can access application details. We use these details for business verification, this application and pilot-related support, not general marketing. Automatic status emails are not enabled; check your application page.

You can download or withdraw the application at /pilot. Withdrawal deletes the active application and ends any pilot access. To enforce one pilot per business, a limited grant record remains: account identifier, hashed verified phone and optional company domain, access dates, review note and reviewer identifier. These hashes are pseudonymous identifiers, not anonymized data. Contact support about further deletion requests. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, passwords or client information.

Use and access

Your saved proposals are returned only to your signed-in account. The app operator and hosting providers may process stored information to operate, support, and secure the service. Do not enter sensitive personal, medical, banking, or access-code information. The app does not send proposal text to a generative AI provider or automatically email your clients.

Export and deletion

Pro subscribers can export editable drafts from the editor or print the client version. Previously saved drafts can still be downloaded without a subscription. Delete individual saved proposals from the saved-proposal list. Withdraw launch interest separately. Deletions remove the app’s active records; infrastructure logs and backups may persist under the hosting provider’s retention policies. Signing out alone does not delete saved records.

Billing

No payment is taken in this beta. Launch pricing is $24/month or $228/year ($19/month equivalent). There is no automatic free personalized-proposal allowance; access for the reviewed pilot is granted separately. Paid checkout remains disabled until merchant setup and launch checks are complete.

Using the beta

You are responsible for the information and cost assumptions you enter and for reviewing any proposal before sending it. Estimates are not guarantees of profitability, recommended market rates, or legal, tax, or accounting advice. This tool prepares proposals and follow-up drafts; it does not enter service contracts, collect client payments, or send messages on your behalf. The booking inbox records requests and owner-managed appointment details, with customer communication handled separately.

Features may change during the beta. Keep exported copies of important work. Use the service only for lawful business purposes and do not attempt to access another account’s information.
