AN OUTLINE FOR YOUR NEXT BID
Commercial cleaning
proposal template.
Give a prospective client a clear picture of the work, the schedule, and the price. Explore a fixed office proposal example. Pro adds personalized editing and PDF printing when paid plans open.
View the fixed sample1. Your company and the client’s site
Identify your cleaning business and contact details, the client, the site, the date, and how long your proposed pricing remains valid. A proposal for one location should make that location clear.
2. Recurring price and service frequency
State the monthly recurring price and visits per week together. Clearly separate one-time setup or initial cleaning and any applicable tax. An average monthly quote is not the same as a price for exactly four weeks.
3. Included work
Describe tasks the client can check: which floors, accessible surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and waste handling are included. State whether each task happens every visit or on another agreed schedule.
4. Exclusions and responsibilities
List work outside the quoted scope and say who supplies equipment and consumables. Do not imply specialist work is included unless you can provide it and have priced it.
5. Review and next steps
Invite the client to confirm the scope and resolve open questions. Agree payment timing, access, cancellation, and scope changes in an appropriate service agreement. This template prepares a proposal; it is not a complete contract or an electronic signature tool.
Keep your internal costs private
With Pro, use Review & export in the editor to print the client proposal or save it as PDF. That view includes the service scope and price while excluding wages, internal costs, and target margin. Turn off browser headers and footers for a cleaner document.
