How this cleaning estimate works
Monthly visits = visits per week × 52 ÷ 12. Total cost includes crew-hours at your base wage plus labor burden, supplies and travel for each visit, and the monthly overhead you allocate to this account. Your target price is cost ÷ (1 − target margin).
Price the work, not just the square footage
Two offices of the same size can take different amounts of time. Occupancy, restroom fixtures, floor surfaces, clutter, access, and service frequency change the workload. The area field gives context; it does not set the labor estimate.
What if the job takes longer?
The labor check holds your selling price and other costs constant, then increases labor cost by 20%. It is a scenario you can review, not a prediction. It helps you see how sensitive your estimate is to crew-hours.
